Somnipharm provide insomnia medication, sleep coaching and cognitive therapy. They approached me to build a website that could manage their patients, not only to promote their services, but to allow complex assessments and private patient areas with secure access.

Web Design & Logo Design Project
The first job was to create the logo, which the customer wanted to base on the traditional medical snake icon. I used the letters from the logo to convey the shape, but also to create a nice icon to use on social media profiles.
The web design was focused mainly on functionality, with clear navigation and presentation of information. I created a set of icons to aid the user experience, to instantly convey where a certain button will take them.
But the main focus of the website design was to create a secure, functional platform that really works for both the patient and the client. Allowing private customer portals for sensitive medical results which also comply with GDPR rules.
Future Support
The web design has many features that will require a period of training for the business owner, in order to utilise the tools correctly. It also includes a blog which we can update regularly. For the initial six months I keep track of the website search engine rankings and advise the client on any future updates.
And of course, as with all my customers, I am always available for any future advice or website tweaks to get the website perfect! It often takes a few months to achieve perfection.
