NeoGen is an aesthetics technology provider with a worldwide presence, the UK NeoGen department approached me to redesign their website. They also needed advice on relocating their website to new hosting in order to dramatically reduce their website management costs. They also wanted to remove the old DIVI website builder software and move to the native WordPress Blocks system.

The Design Process
It was important to retain many of the styles from the old website to keep brand continuity, but the new web design needed to be more minimalistic and modern, significantly improving navigation.
In terms of website structure, we completely reworked the menu ordering and introduced logical structure to pages, along with a breadcrumbs system to help with navigation and also SEO.
Future Support
As with most of my clients, I offer ongoing support for the website updates and maintenance. NeoGen ask me to make certain tweaks to the website every now and again, but the general day to day management is easy for themselves to manage. After introducing / upgrading their blog system and events management system, the staff are able to manage the content themselves without any major technical support.
